Operator and contact

The Service is operated by Tomasz Szymeczek, an individual based in Poland ("we", "us", "our"). The Service is provided from theboard.gg.

These Terms work together with the public Rules. If the Rules and these Terms conflict, these Terms control.

What the Service is

TheBoard.GG is a paid public creator ranking. You may pay to back an influencer and to occupy a rank based on the cumulative amount bid on that creator, according to the Rules. Bids are monetary expressions of support — not editorial reviews, certifications, or endorsements by us.

A payment contributes to a creator's leaderboard total. It does not buy guaranteed traffic, clicks, followers, exclusive placement, a fixed position for a fixed duration, or any particular outcome. Other supporters can outbid you. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, including ranking formulas and categories.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority to bind that company.
• You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from receiving services under the laws of Poland, the European Union, or another applicable jurisdiction.

Payments and taxes

Checkout is processed by our payment provider (Stripe or Polar). We do not collect or store full payment-card numbers. Their terms and privacy notices also apply to the payment itself. Amounts are priced in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Bid amounts, minimums, and pricing are described in the Rules and shown before you pay. Completing checkout is an offer to back a creator on those terms. The bid is counted when payment is confirmed and the leaderboard total is updated.

No refunds

Ranking placement is a digital service that begins as soon as payment is confirmed: the bid is recorded and counted on the public board. Being outranked later, fewer clicks than you hoped for, downtime, a creator being removed, or a later removal for breach of these Terms does not create a refund.

By completing checkout you request that we start this digital service immediately and acknowledge that you lose any statutory right of withdrawal to the extent that law allows that waiver. Where a mandatory consumer right cannot be waived, we honour that right. Chargebacks or reversed payments without a legally required basis are a breach of these Terms; we may remove associated bids and refuse future use of the Service.

User conduct

When placing a bid you agree not to:

• Use false, misleading, or stolen payment details
• Submit bids using automated scripts or bots
• Include offensive, hateful, defamatory, or illegal content in your display name or message
• Impersonate any person, creator, or organisation
• Interfere with the Service: scraping beyond ordinary browsing, bypassing rate limits, or reverse engineering except as allowed by mandatory law

We may remove bids and ban users who violate these rules without refund.

Creator listings

Creators listed on TheBoard.GG are not affiliated with or endorsed by us unless explicitly stated. Listing a creator does not imply their consent or participation. If you are a creator and wish to be removed or have your listing corrected, please contact us on X. We may remove or modify any listing at our discretion without notice and without refund.

Fair use and third-party content

To run the board we display publicly available information about listed creators: names, handles, profile images, channel links, and descriptions. We use that material only to identify creators on the leaderboard, to show visitors who is being supported, and to operate and improve the Service. Creator names, logos, and likenesses belong to their respective owners.

No endorsement, no outcome guarantees

Appearance on the board is not our opinion of a creator. We do not verify claims about creators. Being ranked #1 is not an endorsement by us. Bid counts and leaderboard positions describe what our systems recorded at a point in time; they are not a promise of any particular result for you or the creator.

Complaints and rights notices

If you believe a listing infringes your copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights, contact us on X with: (1) your name and contact details; (2) the listing on TheBoard.GG; (3) a description of the problem; and (4) a statement that the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act. We may remove or restrict the listing while we review.

Availability and changes

We provide the Service as-is. It may be unavailable, slow, or incorrect. We may change ranking rules, minimums, categories, or these Terms at any time. If a change is material, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors, or that leaderboard data is accurate or complete.

Limitation of liability

We do not limit liability that applicable law says we cannot limit, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health. Subject to that:

• We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or other indirect or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for a claim relating to a payment is limited to the amount you paid us for the bid that the claim concerns.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer with a mandatory local law that cannot be displaced, that law still protects you. If you are not a consumer, the courts of Poland have exclusive jurisdiction, to the extent permitted.

General

• If a part of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
• These Terms, the Rules, the Privacy Policy, and the checkout details you confirm form the entire agreement for the Service.
• Payments and hosting involve third parties (Stripe, Polar). Their outages or decisions are outside our control.
